Our Recordings are licensed to 1 user, and 1 computer ONLY [plus a backup on disk, CD, etc.]. A PC crash, virus, upgrade, or ANY event that damages these recordings is SOLELY YOUR responsiibility. Emerald Eyes Enterprises, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE to replace successfully downloaded recordings.
YOU THE CUSTOMER MUST BACK UP YOUR RECORDING FILE(s). IF YOUR MACHINE CRASHES OR HAS A VIRUS, the file(s) may be lost!!
However, if any damaged recording is our fault, we will investigate, and replace it with one of equal or superior value, at our discretion. Your help with recording or website errors is APPRECIATED, and we may reward [at our discretion] those who find such problems.
